Here is the rewritten text: Replacing a broken center console latch for 2nd Gen Subaru Foresters requires some ingenuity. While this solution may work on other generations or models, I've only personally verified its effectiveness on the specified vehicle. I extracted the NF4 307P part from my own car and modified it to near-1:1 specifications without any optimizations, resulting in a less-than-perfect print. Despite this, the latch worked flawlessly. To create the replacement latch, I used a Markforged 3D printer. For good measure, I also printed one using solid PLA on my Creality CR-10 and it performed admirably.
