Print Settings: Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: High Infill: Solid Notes: Depending on which item you have selected: Laser cut items need to be orientated correctly. Make sure to print the return sleeve in the upright position, with spigot on bed of printer. End Cap Trims may require Support - Print with flat side down. How I Designed This: Scanned / Drawn up with various methods. 3D modelled in SketchUp. Output as .stl file. Checked for continuity in Meshlab. Procedures: Tell Tale: Once you have completed print & cleaned up, you'll need to install it back onto steering shaft... ( more to Add ) Trims: Tell us more... Notes Tell Tale: Working on several other parts atm - Aim is to scan & post the .stl files here. Do note some items are from other models, but could be made suitable for the EA81... Trial printed the return spigot in ABS, will need to do a Nylon test later... Test printed the Tele-tale - seems to have worked (will need to try it out in dash) Added Trim End caps - This has been the most complicated to do... Will post updates as I find / draw stuff up...
