I designed this replica of the Subaru factory install tool specifically to match its original specifications and functionality. To model it accurately, I had to create a precise mold before actually removing my cam sprockets, which meant that the part to press in slightly past the engine's edge required a separate, smaller print - allowing for quick adjustments and reprinting if needed. Fortunately, this initial design proved to be about the correct depth. I successfully used this replica tool to replace all four seals on my 2000 vintage EJ205.
