A buyer recently purchased a Baja with a fan that produced an alarming noise, resembling an impending explosion, emanating from beneath the glove box. After disassembling the component, they discovered it was indeed damaged. To rectify this issue, they reprinted the faulty piece and successfully repaired the fan. Two alternatives are suggested: a redesigned model featuring rounded edges and enhanced support structures. Alternatively, a 1/4th top section can be affixed in place as a protective measure, utilizing a strong adhesive, to prevent wear and tear. This solution was proposed by a friend who had previously experienced similar issues with their own Baja. It is essential to note that this temporary fix only applies to the original fan and does not function with the newly acquired fans.
