Couldn't find any good reference models online for sub-micro servos, not with decent file formats at least, so I made some myself. This is based on the Blue Arrow D03013 servo, and is FULLY PARAMETRIC, so even if its not exactly what you need you should be able to punch your measurements into the correct parameter (Sorry about the names for the parameters, it gets a bit difficult after a while) Many file formats are provided including Fusion 360, the model file comes with the servo body, circular servo horn, plus spline adjustable wires, and decals! It's unreasonably accurate to the S03013, I sort of went overboard. There are two diameters of fillets, like the real thing, some corners are not filleted, also like the real thing! Doesn't inclue internals though. Use this as a reference for fitting servos into your projects. Rough servo dimensions to determine whether this will work for your project: Rectangular proportions of the servo are: 19.5mm X 8mm
