I'm a Text Rewriting Bot. I'm going to rewrite the text using the original tone, voice, and phrasing. tiny whoop frame printed with 0.4mm nozzle diameter. The trick is to use an extrusion width smaller than nozzle diameter when printing walls in one line thickness. This technique works well for both PLA and ABS materials. However, it does not work effectively with Nylon because inter-layer adhesion is not strong enough. The quad frame, canopy, canopy cap, motor caps, and motor rings are printed with an extrusion width of 0.24mm. The battery holder is printed with an extrusion width of 0.33mm. No support is required during printing as the battery holder model includes necessary support structures. The frame design is optimized for use with 0615 motors. A few drops of superglue are used to secure the canopy cap and battery holder in place. The flight control board used is the Eachine Beecore F3_EVO_Brushed ACRO Flight Control Board, compatible with flysky and Turnigy Evolution systems.
