stylus (boogie board, magic sketch board, etc.)
thingiverse
My kids got some "Magic Sketch Boogie Board Doodle & Trace" for Christmas, and I knew they'd lose the stylus soon enough, so I made a copy of it on the spot. Sure enough, a week went by, and one stylus was nowhere to be found. I decided to print another one, and it turned out perfect - it writes smoothly and fits perfectly in its slot. I made mine from PETG, but I suspect any material would work just fine. The key is to file or sand the tip lightly to make sure it's not rough and won't scratch the surface. I uploaded the 123D file for anyone who wants to mess with it and create their own copy.
