Low-poly steampunk house model created using 3ds Max 2017 and textured with Substance Painter details: Textures and UV groups separated into two 4k modules - they must be plugged in manually as separate files, not included in the fbx file. Full scene is centered to 0.0.0 coordinates, while the house is centered to its foundation base. Model pack includes .fbx, .max, .blend, and .obj file formats for both full scene and house only. Texture pack includes 4k textures compatible with UE4 (png, targa, jpeg), Unity hd render pipeline, arnold, vray, and corona (png only). Roof tiles and some other elements share the same texture set, but UV mapping isn't always based on quads, as shown in the provided screenshot section.
