Stuva Lüfterträger + Aktivkohlefilter
thingiverse
This is a complete setup for 120mm fans in the Stuva or other cabinets. The cuts on the back wall are made square. The fan goes onto the filter tray and the filter tray is secured to the back wall with the frame, which is quite unstable. The cable management system and clips are designed for easy use with 13mm well pipes. This allows you to manage the cables nicely on the back wall. The cable guide with four ends is intended to lay the temperature sensor cable from the cabinet upwards. The fan tray at the bottom is as its name suggests, for under the printer. Be careful when positioning it not to damage any of the printer's understructure, such as air vents or supports. It makes sense to send the airflow directly through the printer with one or two fans. I have chosen myself 2 x 120mm Artic fans. The bottom is white and the top is black for more static pressure. I have also sealed the printer to the cabinet floor with sealant on the sides. This allows the airflow to go completely through the printer. As a filter element, I have chosen the Bosch interior filters for the BMW X3 F25. Article number: 1987432542 There are two active carbon filter elements that together cost around 25 euros. Even after a 20 hour print with ABS, there was no smell in the room. Of course, it is also recommended to seal the cabinet door with sealant or similar sealing material. As a tip, get an active fan controller or potentiometer that allows you to regulate the performance of the fans. With four fans and corresponding regulation, even at print bed temperatures of 110°C, a constant temperature of 38°C can be maintained in the cabinet. If you do not want to use a potentiometer, it is recommended to install only two fans, max three once for intake and twice for exhaust. The exhaust air is more important and should bring more power than the intake air, as it must blow through the filters. That's why fans for static pressure are also used. https://www.arctic.ac/de_de/f12.html - fan below https://www.arctic.ac/de_de/p12.html - fan above A small donation would be greatly appreciated.
