Sturdy X-Carriage for J-Head with Bowden

Design your own sturdy bowden carriage for J-Head on Prusa i3! This lightweight carriage uses four LM8UU bearings, six M3x25 screws, four M3 nuts, and an M10 or 1/8" pneumatic fitting for the bowden tube. The hot end is fastened with two horizontal M3 screws through the groove. Updated versions are available for authentic J-Heads using M8 hollow screws. Print preferably in ABS at a layer height of 0.2mm, 50% infill, and 3 perimeters. Install the belt attaching clips from your previous carriage or download them on Thingiverse. Soften the hole with acetone for V6 if needed. Attach the hot end, snap bearings in place, and secure the belt to complete this high-performance carriage. Start printing at top speed!
