As most of the low-cost 2020 90 degree frame braces I purchased were seriously lacking quality, I decided to design my own.\nThis is a sturdy 90 degree frame brace for Type B and 2020 extrusions. A small footprint of only 25x25mm makes it easy to install.\nIt works with most types of screwheads and will accept a washer with d=10mm.\nThe guide is 5.6mm wide, which allows for some play in the groove.\nI print this design with supports, no real post processing needed as the connection points disappear in the extrusion groove when screwed down.
