Remixed for improved grip comfort as well as enhanced durability. I traded off the curved wooden design, resulting in a build that's significantly less likely to crack. This particular model meets the exact specifications of my sister's Pottermore wand, which measures 12.5 inches long. I highly recommend printing both the handle and wand shaft (or entire piece) horizontally with a raft and supports. Printing this way, rather than vertically, produces an incredibly strong build and gives the plastic a wood grain appearance. Additionally, printing it sideways is noticeably faster. Just keep in mind that printing it horizontally, even with a raft, may result in a slight bowing of the wand. In my opinion, however, this adds to its realistic look, making it seem like genuine carved wood.
