Sturdy Filament Sensor for Mini+

<p>It is very difficult to see and harder to adjust the idler screw located under the PTFE tube going to the filament sensor. This design moves the filament senor up where it is much easier to both see and access the idler screw.</p><p>The holder for the sensor is secured by only one point (screw) which allows it to rotate. Regardless of how much it was tighten, I always was having to hold with my second hand. This resolves the rotation.</p>
