I created this reliable cord lock as a result of dealing with numerous factory-made models that consistently failed me from various suppliers. I printed multiple versions using both ABS and PLA, and to my delight, they performed flawlessly! The mechanism relies on a spring for operation, which I typically salvage from discarded locks.
