This is a fascinating stump from Rivne city, Ukraine. Captured during the Pixelated Realities seminar on photogrammetry, the 3D scan took place over two action-packed days: October 21st and 22nd, 2016. The model you're looking at is a masterful example of retopology - the process of reassigning polygon vertices to create a more optimal mesh. This particular stump was expertly recreated in Reality Capture, resulting in an impressively detailed dense mesh.
