The 3D model, initially designed in Sketchup 13, has been transformed into various other 3D formats, with the native version being .skp. The model showcases the Stug III or Sturmgeschutz 40, a heavily produced armored fighting vehicle utilized to support infantry during World War II. Built upon the chassis of the Panzer III tank, the StuG III was continuously altered and extensively employed for an anti-infantry close combat role. Early iterations featured a low-velocity 75 mm StuK 37 L/24 gun, firing high explosive projectiles. However, as the Germans encountered the Soviet T-34, the StuG III was armed with either the high-velocity 75 mm StuK 40 L/43 (from Spring 1942) or 75 mm L/48 (from Autumn 1942) anti-tank gun.
