Stuffed Animal Zoo
thingiverse
Kid's rooms are chaos, so anything that helps keep it more ordered that they think is cool, well that's a win! Liked the idea of the "stuffy Zoos" but didn't want the wood/pvc look or lose of space. So, I made a simple 2 screw mount, printed 6 and BAM, the kids think I'm a rockstar!Screws: 6mmElastic Cord: 10mm x 2.2mI used a corner to reduce the space used, mounted 6 approximately 16" from the corner on both sides and spaced vertically about 17" apart. I did 60% Cubic-Subdivision, worried that the kidos would be applying unnatural force on parts. Took about 9 hrs. for 12 to print at 70mm/s and with supports for the elastic hole. The supports probably were overkill but wanted to be sure. Do what you feel.
