<p>Ich habe mein Projekt Motorradgriffheizungsregler nun erfolgreich abgeschlossen.</p> <p>Zum Regeln habe ich einen LED Dimmer für meine Zwecke umgebaut, die Regler gibt es im Netz für kleines Geld.<br/> Ausgelegt sind diese für 12V und bis 8 A Strom.<br/> Am Regler habe ich das vorhandene 1K Ohm Poti gegen eines mit Schalter getauscht, der Schalter kann aber nicht diesen hohen Strom schalten.<br/> Deshalb habe ich auf der Platine die Versorgung der Regelelektronik hinter der Diode unterbrochen und mit dem Schalter gebrückt, sodaß nur die Regelelektronik geschaltet wird.<br/> Dazu eine Kontroll LED mit Vorwiederstand 560 Ohm verbaut.<br/> Die Anschlüsse sind auf dem Foto zu sehen.<br/> Heizgriffe sind von Daytona, diese haben 60 Watt und sind parallel am Regler angeschlossen.<br/> Das Ganze dann an 12V über das Zündschloss am Anschluss für die Hupe ( ist separat Abgesichert bei der Suzuki) angeschlossen.<br/> Funktioniert tadellos und lässt sich stufenlos regeln.</p> <p>I have now successfully completed my project Motorcycle Handle Heating Controller.</p> <p>I have rebuilt an LED dimmer for the purposes of the rules, the regulators are available on the net for a small fee.<br/> These are designed for 12V and 8A current.<br/> On the controller, I have exchanged the existing 1K ohm potentiometer for one with a switch, but the switch can not switch this high current.<br/> Therefore, I have interrupted the supply of the control electronics behind the diode on the board and bridged with the switch, so that only the control electronics is switched.<br/> For this purpose, a control LED with Resistor 560 ohm installed.<br/> The connections can be seen in the photo.<br/> Heated handles are from Daytona, these have 60 watts and are connected in parallel to the regulator.<br/> The whole thing then to 12V via the ignition lock on the connection for the horn (is separately secured on the Suzuki) connected.<br/> Works perfectly and can be infinitely adjusted.</p> <h3> Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Printer Brand:</strong></p> <p>Deltaprintr</p> <p><p class="detail-setting printer"><strong>Printer: </strong> <div><p>Deltaprintr Kit</p></div><strong>Rafts:</strong></p> <p>Doesn't Matter</p> <p><p class="detail-setting supports"><strong>Supports: </strong> <div><p>Doesn't Matter</p></div><strong>Resolution:</strong></p> <p>0,2</p> <p><p class="detail-setting infill"><strong>Infill: </strong> <div><p>50</p></div><br/> <strong>Filament:</strong><br/> OWL PETG Black</p> </p></p></p> Category: Automotive
