I crafted the ear muff sections using Inland PLA filament with strategically placed honeycomb supports. The rest of the design was made with black ABS filament for visual appeal and to enable some flexibility. My print's headband portion is intentionally bowed-out, which will require a redesign at a later time but can be easily fixed by applying heat.
