Studious Orc

Studious Orc

A friend of mine inquired as to whether I possessed the necessary skill to take a model of an orc and furnish it with a book. I supplemented the scene with a throne because who wouldn't want to sit down while reading? Since I haven't had the chance to print out the creation yet, I'm uncertain how that will turn out, but I plan on uploading pictures when and if I do succeed. I imported the combined model into Simplify3D without encountering any obvious flaws, except for the expected amount of support material. I reused the following models: Orc: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:137330 Book: http://archive3d.net/?a=download&id=fa01d732 Throne: http://www.123dapp.com/123C-3D-Model/Sedia-Gestatoria-of-Pope-Pius-VII/888595 UPDATE: I've uploaded the standing STL file. Also, I've made the corresponding .blend file available so you can modify it if you're familiar with Blender's bone manipulation tools.
