I used aluminum tubes, 8mm in diameter, an LED panel that's 20W strong (those drivers are excellent and have a good frequency, no flicker on the video at all), a flexible tube, 30cm long (M8/M10 thread), and an 80x50x25 case. I'll add diffusers later, which I'm ordering in acrylic. I also plan to put a 40-watt light in the background.
