Its native format is .skp, while a 3ds Max scene requires version 2016, rendered perfectly with Vray 3.00. Today marks my 3rd year anniversary on the 3D Warehouse, where creative visions are born. Moving on to this unique apartment house, you'll notice four separate buildings connected by a common walkway, each bearing a distinct color to create an inviting ambiance. The roof is unusually designed but offers an excellent opportunity to install solar panels for future use. Inside this expansive dwelling, 32 apartments reside in harmony. However, due to safety reasons, only 16 apartments on the upper floors are available for exploration, as those on the ground floor are currently inaccessible.
