Stubby Screw Driver Handle, 1/4" and 4mm
thingiverse
So I was going to just print Tom's stubby handle but I saw how somebody was looking for a 4mm hex version and some other people complained about the bit falling out. These include a tap drilled cross hole for a 4-40 setscrew or a drop of CA if you want to grab your bit a little better. Better yet - bond a wee magnet down in the bottom of the bore or in the cross hole depending what you might have kicking around. I discovered these at Mike Mahar's shop where he let me use one to re-assemble the neck of my half-finished acoustic guitar which makes use of the ever popular 1/4-20 furniture bolt and yet handling a hex key through the sound hole is not much fun. I have not printed it yet, but Tom's setting appear to be fine FDM settings.
