This small screwdriver handle uses standard size but longer length bits typically found in use with battery powered handheld drills. These can be purchased for pennies online or at your local hardware store, providing a press fit into the handle. The Handle file called "Exact" is the precise dimensions for these bits. If you have your printer and slicer set up to print exact dimensions, this is the file to use. Otherwise, try using the other one, which has been scaled to print correctly on my printer with a .4mm nozzle. Your mileage may vary.
