This product features a low poly 3D model of the Space Shuttle, accurately scaled and fully textured, with elements such as the boat tail fairing and Boeing 747-100 transport aircraft included. The latter is also near to scale and boasts animatable surfaces like flaps, ailerons, rudder, elevators, landing gear, and landing gear doors. Textures for both vehicles are complete, with the model provided in ten different formats. The Space Shuttle program began in the late 1950s with design and development experiments and continued until the 2000s. It was a safe system with only two exceptions involving vehicle destruction and crew fatalities.
