This Advanced Medium Poly transport model features the space shuttle orbiter's exterior and aerodynamic surface model, along with the tank and boosters. It includes animated cargo bay doors and animateable landing gear, elevons, rudder, and more. The model is textured, near-scale, and available in 10 formats. The included Boeing 747-100 transport aircraft is also close to scale with animateable surfaces like flaps, ailerons, rudder, and elevators, as well as animateable landing gear and doors. Textures are provided for both models. Initially conceived in the late '50s, the shuttle program ran from the '80s to the '00s, boasting a safe system with only two exceptions.
