The hot rolled U beam design is straightforward, comprising three U beams made from welded pieces and two U beams alone for easy manufacturing. The primary U beam requires cutting and drilling, while the welded brackets undergo laser cutting, bending, and welding. This design avoids painting issues and minimal additional stress post-bending and welding. Each structural support (consisting of three plus two beams) weighs 154kg; stress analysis is ongoing.
