stronger microspot stand top

<p>not much of a remix but wanted the stand to be a bit more sturdy at the top. as for the other part of the files, get those from the original designer i remixed this from.</p> <p><a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4441076">https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4441076</a> presented a thumb screw to replace the wing nut on the front-left corner of the BIBO bed.
