Stronger Ender 3 Filament Guide Snap-on Remix

This is yet another remix of russbrucks derivative/remix of MattEllison's simple and well thought out filament guide design. This one is made as a snug fit snap on version that can be height adjusted as needed on the spool support rail to harmoniously accommodate other top mountable add-ons and features. I tweaked up Russ's dimensions after careful measurement of the rail, and the first (only) pass snapped in place, holds firm and doesn't slip or wobble. I printed this with PLA at 40% infill (a guess) to balance strength and flexibility. The gcode was sliced with CURA, and first print worked flawlessly. It aligns and works well with the lower guide wheel by FragrantAbyss.
