Stronger Corner Glass clips for FlashForge Creator Pro

I recently purchased a 3mm glass for my FlashForge Creator Pro 2016, two weeks ago. To complement the new glass, I created additional clips using a micro bender clip model available online. However, these clips turned out to be smaller than expected, measuring only 16mm. As a result, I sought a solution to prevent accidental movement of the glass on the print bed when the dual-head system encounters a clip. I found an existing design on Thingiverse by j herridge that effectively addressed this issue. To optimize it for my specific needs, I made several modifications: - Removed support material generation (selecting the optimal orientation in Slic3r or another slicing software will suffice) - Reduced the top size of the clips to accommodate both my glass plate and a plexiglass variant with a thickness of 2.6mm - Strengthened the design to withstand print bed temperatures up to 110°C without issues The glass plate was bonded to the print bed using Hairspray from Saint Aygue, specifically their SYOSS Strong level 3 formula, which proved easy to remove when the plate cooled down. Printing settings used for this project include: - Layer height: 0.2mm (first layer thickness set at 0.3mm) - Solid layers on top and bottom: both set at 4 - Infill percentage: 30% - No skirt or brim was applied Available files for download are: - CornerClip_5.485mm.stl, modified to eliminate support material and enhance strength - CornerClip_1.9mm.stl, optimized for a smaller upper size suitable for both glass and plexiglass - CornerClip_5.485mm.123dx and CornerClip_1.9mm.123dx files compatible with 123D Design software I would like to extend special thanks to DrLex for providing valuable assistance (specifically, Slic3r settings tailored for the FlashForge Creator Pro).
