Strong Universal Joint
thingiverse
Universal joint linking motor to drive shaft, I utilize in driving a ball mill/rock tumbler application. To fabricate two UJ bottoms with one UJ middle per joint, I require the Universal Joint, which reduces vibration caused by slight misalignment between motor and rollers. Constructed from recycled nuts and bolts, the steel shaft is sourced from an old inkjet printer. I plan to print these parts with 100% infill to withstand months of continuous stress. A development file from 123D Design is included for you to enhance this design if desired.
With this file you will be able to print Strong Universal Joint with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Strong Universal Joint.
