My daughter shattered the handle ring on an Ikea Tretur blind roller, so I decided to design a replacement with more substance. Instead of printing the exact replica, I opted for a stronger one. I created this new handle based on a sturdy 4mm shaft that passes through the existing clip, providing a more robust grip. This modification ensures a secure hold and prevents any further damage. Later, I revised the design to address some issues with the original version. The V2 iteration features smaller outer diameter shaft pods, making it easier to fit them into place. Additionally, the shaft pods are now 2mm longer due to a previous shaft that was too long, requiring me to avoid cutting it down.
