Strong Handle
thingiverse
I needed a robust and uncomplicated grip for a project of mine, designed originally for a 2020-aluminum frame (M5x20), but it can be used on other materials as well. The bolt/screw-hole is relatively long compared to other grips, allowing steel to replace plastic in those areas that face the heaviest forces during normal use. The strength also depends on print settings, as mentioned below. This grip comes in two sizes: 100 mm width with a 70 mm grip and a 125 mm width with a 95 mm grip for larger hands. A STP-file is included so you can customize it to your own needs. The grip is split into two halves in the STP, making it easy to adjust the width by sliding one half. Happy handling!
