Strong Adjustable Belt Tensioner Clip.\r\nIt's specifically designed for 5mm spacing belt pitch teeth.\r\nNote that these are only compatible with Timing Belts whose teeth point into this grip.\r\nA small gap underneath allows for less chance of bending as they're screwed down. (This gap is 3D Printed on top).\r\nI recommend a 50% infill and 0.1mm layer height for maximum strength.\r\n"Single Bolt Timing Belt Tensioner Easy More Adjust Strong.stl" is optimized for my Protomaker Black Sprint Original 3D Printer, featuring a single bolt design.\r\nThey have grooves to accommodate the thickness of the timing belt.\r\nThe designs also include indents to allow for 5mm pitch timing belt teeth.\r\nOnly "Single Bolt Timing Belt Tensioner Easy More Adjust Strong.stl" uses a single bolt; the others require two bolts.\r\nThese tensioners are adjustable:\r\nThey have a slot for the bolts, allowing the Timing Belt Grip to be adjusted without over-tightening and then moved to tighten the belt further if needed before final tightening.\r\nMy timing belts feature a 5mm pitch.\r\nNote that "Timing_Belt_Tensioner_Easy_More_Adjust_Strong.stl" may require supports due to the space for bolt heads.
