Strong-Arms for Emax Quadcopter

Strong-Arms for Emax Quadcopter

thingiverse

Sturdy arms tailored specifically for the Emax 250 quad frame upgrade. The design accommodates ESCs up to 25mm wide, standing 9mm tall and integrating seamlessly with the frame without requiring those pesky 5mm standoff spacers. A neatly drilled hole situated between the mounting screws cleverly directs wires for a tidy installation experience. For optimal performance, an infill of just 25% is sufficient to match the weight of stock carbon arms (12.3 grams exactly), and interestingly enough, PLA outperforms ABS in terms of strength. In terms of build orientation, quad motors and ESCs can be strategically mounted on either side of the arm for ultimate adaptability.
