Strix Stratosurfer wood tray
thingiverse
I recently experienced a difficult crash, prompting me to create new wooden components from scratch. To accomplish this, I employed my laser cutter to design and precision-cut the necessary parts. However, due to limitations in my laser's capabilities, I did not incorporate tolerance for the slots, settling on 0.1mm as the minimum clearance. As a result, if you are 3D printing these components, you may find it necessary to widen the slots slightly. Additionally, please note that this design exceeds the recommended cutting length for a K40 laser by a small margin.
