I remixed this as needed, making some modifications to the design. I've rebuilt it in OpenSCAD, making it fully adjustable. I've used it to cut planking in ply and balsa, getting excellent results. Assembling the cutter requires 1 x M3 30mm cap head bolt and 2 x M3 15mm cap head bolts, each with an M3 hex nut. I use a Nyloc version for the locking knob but you can use normal nuts. If your M3x30 is a set screw, you can also add a locking nut to the guide and that should prevent the bolt from turning when tightening the locking knob. This isn't really necessary though; just a refinement. To help with printing, I've left a bridging layer across some of the holes so the design can be printed without supports on most printers. In v1.0.1, I made it easier to add space around the arm for expansion or inaccuracy during the print and increased the default setting for this. I also added an optional lock nut for the guide to prevent the bolt from turning when using the locking knob. https://youtu.be/TG9aTVEEeeg
