I created this object from scratch using Openscad, inspired by https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3970520. It is completely free of licensing restrictions, so feel free to use or abuse it as you see fit. UPDATE: I modified the file to create new positions for the holes, which has significantly improved the design.
