Street Number
thingiverse
This thing uses two parts: the first part for the base layer and numbers, and the second part creates a colored background for readability. By doing so, you get a complete street number in two colors. You can generate both layers for street numbers between 1 and 99,999. Print Settings Printer: Zortrax m200 Rafts: Yes Supports: Doesn't matter Resolution: .19 Infill: Medium Notes: I use PLA with Z-TEMP because both layers are really big and flat surfaces. Profile: Z-ABS Z-TEMP offset between -50° and -60°, heat bed switch to 0. Some UHU sticks help a lot to keep the print in place. Post-Printing Both layers need to be pushed against each other; no glue is required, but the upper layer may need some sanding to allow the base number to fit. Remember that PLA is fragile, and applying too much power can break the parts.
