I make scale models of concrete street gutters. I use 10 shore rtv2 silicone and get great results. I also write down the concrete mix ratios. I include a SketchUp file if you want to make changes. Cement 6* Marble dust 3* Grout (tile fill) 1* Water 4* Important Notice: Use mold release spray before casting rtv2 Apply vibration after casting to prevent air bubbles Don't remove until 24 hours and apply water with spray Water is very important, don't let it dry for a few days It can harden completely in 7 days.
