To accommodate 18650 batteries in a Streamlight Stinger, you'll need a two-piece design for loading and unloading the battery. If printing issues arise with the holder being upside down, try printing it right-side up with supports instead. For optimal results, infill on the spacer can be reduced. To connect XTs, use a 7mm by 61mm rod within the spacer. Others will need to create a wire loop for the top and feed the wire into the channel, then bend it over the bottom of the 18650 while using the spacer to secure it in place.
