Its native format remains .skp while the accompanying 3dsmax scene runs under version 2016 and was rendered using Vray 3.00 This out-building is an approximately 400 square foot space built in a backyard. A notable, somewhat unorthodox layout can be attributed to the fact that the designer was tasked with creating something to fit extremely specific requirements. A key client requested an unusual out-building constructed entirely from strawbale materials, including features like clerestory windows and interior storage areas, or closets. The resulting house boasts a spacious main room accompanied by multiple rooms, each containing storage solutions - one closet, a pantry, as well as a water closet area for personal hygiene needs. The thick walls not only provide ample insulation but also serve to effectively conceal the straw material used in their construction. In order to gain insight into this structure's framework without any obstructions, one may choose to temporarily hide the roof layer from view. By doing so, a series of large posts forming six 16x16 square modules and additional studs become immediately visible. Further still, flipping the view with the roof active, users are then able to visualize how exposed beams provide structural integrity in the process of holding the weight and shape of the out-building's roof above them.
