A local nurse requested a printable design that allows drinking through a straw while keeping personal protective equipment on their face. This initial draft serves as a starting point to fine-tune sizing. Printing small or using a stiffer material for the "hard" part is recommended, as it will come into contact with the inside of the face mask and be pressed tightly against the soft outer layer due to friction from the mask's material. The design accommodates standard .21-inch outside diameter straws.
