Stratux Dual Band ADS-B TuffCase

EDIT: v8 Top Added 12/10/2015 This is a compact case for Stratux ADS-B projects, now with improved airflow via 40x40 fan mount and vent holes on top cover. The design requires a 5v fan; thinner fans up to 10mm should work just fine. It fits comfortably within a Raspberry Pi, GPS device, and one or two receivers for a fully operational setup. To improve AHRS accuracy, more specifications are required, so feel free to add comments if you're an expert in this area. The case is built with durability in mind using 3mm thick walls. A touch of elegance comes from the LED lenses created using clear PETG filament, pressed into place after printing. Mounting options include suction mounts or a mounting bracket; provisions for mounting are present and can be drilled into the bottom section. Adding a fan greatly enhances airflow; it was thoroughly tested and functions flawlessly. **Print Settings:** **Printer:** CTC Replicator Dual **Supports and Resolution:** Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.3mm layer height, 2 shells, and a 25% infill **Notes:** For smooth printing, it is recommended to use ABS slurry or a Glue Stick with an operating bed temperature of around 80F.
