Five enigmatic stratostators, found at high altitudes due to pressure balance acts, have so far been discovered within gas giants' dense atmospheres. However, their limbs' extreme voltage differentials pose a risk for closer exploration. Mysterious black vortices seem to creep over these rotating structures. Textures include power-of-two options for opacity, normal, and specular maps. Limb animations are achieved through Skin modifiers, while vortices use Sprays and metaballs in Max. Renderings utilize Max's standard textures in Scanline mode, with lense effects added later in Photoshop. FBX and OBJ exports feature simpler materials, and the concept and design belong to the artist. The project is based on a 3D Studio Max 9 file.
