StratoKOSS cups

That is the original post that sparked this design, setting forth its goals and introducing me to headphone modification. However, going through the effort of creating or purchasing wood cups, headbands, gimbals, and earpads adds so much complexity to the build that it might be more practical to use higher-end Sennheiser drivers instead. So I decided to design a set of cups that would be easier and less expensive to manufacture. The earpads and headband pad shown in the images are nice extras but not necessary, as this design is light enough not to put significant pressure on the top of your head, and the clip holds the KCS75 out of the cups sufficiently that the standard padding can be used. Close the holes in the cup with tape from the inside and fill the cups with loose cotton wool to fine-tune the sound.
