Strap Lock revisited

A remix of the previous "lock". It enables you to reuse the strapping you get with big boxes of stuff. This one just requires a screwdriver to tighten it. I have included a files for 16 mm and 20 mm strapping. The locking tongue is the same as before, the winder is in four parts and is glued as per diagram.
