Strap Cutters for Leather - Fixed Sizes

I am a leather craftsman who has struggled with traditional adjustable strap cutters. They were cumbersome and difficult to use, often producing inconsistent straps. In response, I designed these three strap cutters in common sizes: 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch, and 1 inch. Each tool is designed to cut up to 10 oz vegetable tanned leather. The standard Tandy Leather Strap Cutter blade fits perfectly into the tool, held securely by a small screw that can be adjusted for easy replacement. I have created .stl files for all three sizes of strap cutters, taking care to ensure precise tolerances so the blades fit snugly. To print these designs without supports, place the flat area at the top of the cutter on the print bed. Using a 0.2mm layer height produces a textured surface that provides excellent grip on the tool. While finer layers would result in a smoother finish, I prefer the added traction provided by the layer lines.
