I attempted using Matt Beechan's clip, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my requirements. Therefore, I reworked the design from scratch. My revised clip is specifically engineered to accommodate four layers of the strap, as evident in the accompanying images. The first STL file caters to a maximum width of 30mm, while the second STL file is tailored for a maximum width of 50mm.
