This is a strap clamp tensioner assembly design. For the other corners, you'll need to explore alternative designs since they're fairly ubiquitous. Several designs are available for this type of tool, but this one strikes me as more refined and operates seamlessly in use. The Fusion 360 file has been included for editing purposes, although I created this part before mastering the organization structure within the software, so the model may be challenging to navigate.
